At SOL LDN, we are proud to offer the work of many of the world’s greatest photographers, including Steve McCurry, Elliott Erwitt, Terry O’Neill, Flor Garduño and Jerry Schatzberg.

These artists have won numerous awards, are collected by some of the world’s top museums, have released multiple publications and have exhibited widely across the globe. Their works are internationally recognised as some of the best images of all time, and we are proud to offer many of them for sale. Steve McCurry:

Best known for his iconic portrait of Sharbat Gula (an Afghan refugee photographed in Pakistan during the Soviet–Afghan War), McCurry’s work is a mesmerising blend of vivid colour and human emotion. His use of rich, saturated hues and powerful compositions have captured the attention of art collectors and photography enthusiasts all around the globe. McCurry’s work is held in major collections, and his acclaimed publications further solidify his place in the photographic canon.

Elliott Erwitt:

Terry O’Neill:

A pioneer of celebrity portraiture, O’Neill captured some of the most iconic figures of the 20th century, from David Bowie to Audrey Hepburn. His intimate and stylish photographs offer a unique glimpse into the world of fame and culture, making them highly sought after in the art market. With his images defining an era of pop culture, O’Neill’s work continues to be in high demand among photography collectors and enthusiasts alike. Flor Garduño:

Flor Garduño is one of Mexico’s leading photographers, whose work is inspired by the people, landscape, literature and art of her native country. Deeply touched by the difficulties faced by the country’s indigenous peoples, Garduño’s work often references traditional Mexican life, iconography and folklore. Her work is held in the permanent collections of leading institutions worldwide, including the Museum of Modern Art (New York), the Art Institute of Chicago, the Museum of Fine Arts (Houston), LACMA (Los Angeles), Museo de Arte Moderno (Mexico City), the Bibliothèque nationale de France (Paris), and Museum Ludwig (Cologne).

Jerry Schatzberg

Jerry Schatzberg’s portraits are characterised by their narrative quality, combining emotion and understated actions. During the 1960s, Schatzberg captured some of the most iconic and intimate portraits of a generation of celebrated figures. For his filmmaking, Schatzberg received many awards and honours, including the Grand Prix at the 1973 Cannes Film Festival for ‘Scarecrow’ a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Istanbul Film Festival. His photographs have been exhibited internationally, at institutions such as the Victoria & Albert Museum (London), the Brooklyn Museum (New York), Les Rencontres d’Arles (France), and are held in the permanent collections of many international museums, including the Museum of Modern Art (New York).
