We are excited to announce a new collaboration with photographer and filmmaker, Jerry Schatzberg! In this new online exhibition, Schatzberg brings us face-to-face with many of the cultural personalities from 1960’s New York. Schatzberg captured some of the most iconic and intimate portraits from a generation of celebrated figures in music, art and fashion, including Edie Sedgwick, LaVern Baker, Faye Dunaway and jazz musicians, Wilbur and James De Paris.
Yet, of all those he photographed, Schatzberg’s most celebrated portraits are of Bob Dylan. Working together in the mid-60s, Schatzberg captured Dylan’s enigmatic spirit at the peak of his success and personal transformation. Amongst a broader selection of signed, limited edition prints, we are pleased to offer a small collection of rare, vintage portraits, specifically of Bob Dylan.
